This show is to support businesses, the local economies and the weddings happening within the Regional Tourism Organization 12 Area which includes: Algonquin Park, the Almaguin Highlands, Loring-Restoule, Muskoka, West Parry Sound District and South Algonquin. 2025 VENDOR REGISTRATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

 

1. This show is inclusive. It is not a bridal show, but a wedding show where two partners come together to plan their wedding.

2. Once you submit your registration form, if accepted you will receive an invoice for full payment of $300 + HST (CAD) or $500 + HST (CAD) for a double booth. A registration form and paid invoice will secure your spot in the show. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable unless the show hosts decide to cancel the show.

3. Load/set-up in is 4pm - 7pm on the Friday or Saturday from 7am - 9am. Teardown is 3pm - 5pm on Saturday. 

4. Booths cannot be shared. One booth equals one company. No marketing material can be shared for non-exhibiting vendors.  

5. All booth elements must be safe and secure, and not affixed to any venue surface to prevent damage. Candle flames must be enclosed.  

6. The show organizer and venue will be indemnified by the exhibitor incase of injury caused by the exhibit.
